Product Description
BedAiD® under leg elevation cushion is a leg elevation cushion for the positioning specified in wound care protocols, designed for use by all patients using a patient bed, air bed or disabled bed.
The under-leg elevation cushion is suitable for use in health centers such as nursing homes and elderly care centers for patients who need home care and hospitals.
It is an effective product in blood flow, pressure and protection from pressure sores.
The leg height cushion can be used as an auxiliary product against edema formations as well as providing protection against pressure sores, especially on the heels. Simple and practical to use.

Produced with inner and outer cover. The outer cover consists of liquid-proof polyurethane material considering hygiene conditions. Polyurethane outer sheath has antibacterial, antifungal and antimite properties. It does not harbor bacteria and germs.
The outer sheath is non-flammable. It can be wiped with standard disinfectants used in hospitals and homes. The inner cover is jersey fabric.
It can be removed, washed and changed thanks to the zipper.

It is important to use it together with BedAiD® patient mattress, which responds to all the needs for the comfort, safety and health of the person at the same time, provides solutions to problems such as pressure/bed sores, sweating, slowing blood circulation, loss of resistance in muscles, and prevents the formation of edema, ulcers and bacteria, to get perfect results.

In addition, considering the high cost of pressure sore treatment, taking the necessary precautions will be the most economical method.
If the health condition allows, lifting the person at regular intervals and supporting them with a patient mattress chair, and if possible, getting them out of bed and allowing them to spend time in a comfortable and supportive wheelchair will help alleviate the adverse conditions caused by prolonged hospitalization.
It is recommended that home care patients at risk of bedsore should prefer BedAiD® patient mattress and BedAiD® BD-HOSPITAL in cases where multiple patients need to use air mattresses in hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
