It is an intensive care mattress developed especially for patients in intensive care units who experience acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and require the use of mechanical ventilation.
It is used in cases where capacity increase in the lungs is required and prone position is required. The patient care mattress measures 85x190x14 cm.
Produced with liquid-proof, flame-retardant polyurethane fabric. The elevation cushion is supported with antibacterial, antifungal and antimite finishes. It does not contain germs, bacteria and fungi.

Product Description
Patient care bed developed for patients in intensive care units, especially for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and requiring mechanical ventilator use.
Intensive Care Mattress Bed BedAiD® Prone is used in cases where capacity increase in the lungs is required and prone position is mandatory.
It measures 85x190x14 cm.
Depending on the appropriate use, internal or external rotation of the arms can be prevented.
It allows the flexion of the knees to remain normal. It aims to prevent cervical vertebra flexion of the head.
Thanks to the visco-elastic material that spreads the pressure used on the lying surface, it is aimed to reduce the pressure on the face and prevent ulcers that may occur on the face.
Prone position
It keeps the head, neck and shoulders upright in the prone position.
It prevents angulation of the head region by restricting the head, neck and shoulders to remain down.
It aims to prevent dislocation of the endotrachean tube by bringing the patient's face into the cavity.
It aims to prevent the formation of brekial plexus injury, limb contracture and pressure ulcers.
It eliminates all the problems created by mechanical ventilator units in the prone position between the patient and the patient care bed.
In the intensive care bed, the mask and hose are placed in the 13×20 cm cavity at the head of the bed.
The hose unit is placed in the 12 cm wide and 5 cm deep grooves at the bottom of the bed, continuing to the right and left, providing a smooth prone position.
It can be used with an additional apparatus to prevent plantar flexion and internal or external rotation of the legs by touching the toes to the bed.
The cover used on the lying surface is made of non-flammable fabric with antibacterial, antimite and antifungal properties. It can be wiped with all kinds of hospital disinfectants.
The cover can be removed thanks to its zippered structure.
It is an intensive care bed developed only for prone position.
